This wheel is great for therapists, coaches, counselors, teachers, individuals and families. Starting from the basic 8 in the center of the wheel you can learn to label feelings better. We use a scientific model based on the 8 basic emotions of Plutchik’s wheel of emotions. A good emotions wheel helps us find the right word and better manager our feelings.
